Tom’s journey in construction began with foundational skills in laying insulation, tile, siding, and trim work. His hands-on experience quickly expanded to building and chinking log homes, a craft demanding precision and an eye for detail.

Tom’s dedication to mastering the trade took a new direction as he delved into all phases of roofing for five years, acquiring a deep understanding of both the technical and aesthetic aspects of one of the most crucial elements of home construction. His passion for fine craftsmanship led him to spend a decade specializing in the finish work and painting of custom cabinetry, where his meticulous attention to detail was not just an asset but a necessity.

Returning to roofing with a broader perspective, Tom eventually transitioned into his current role as a general contractor. Dylan Stotts, Construction Specialist

Dylan Stotts brings a robust foundation of building knowledge to 47 Reasons Construction, with over fourteen years dedicated to advancing the construction industry. Beginning his career in framing and building homes, Dylan developed a keen understanding of the structural essentials that underpin every successful project. His initial four years in home construction laid the groundwork for what would become a highly specialized and diversified skill set.

Expanding his expertise into the roofing sector, Dylan has spent the last decade mastering a variety of roofing techniques, including residential and commercial applications across asphalt, vinyl, flat roofs, torch down systems, and metal roofing. His comprehensive experience not only spans a wide range of materials and methods but also encompasses both aesthetic considerations and stringent safety standards, ensuring each project is both visually appealing and structurally sound.

At 47 Reasons Construction, Dylan serves as a Senior Project Manager, where he applies his extensive field experience to oversee projects from conception to completion. Pete Gonzales, Master Craftsman

Pete Gonzales, a cornerstone of 47 Reasons Construction, brings over two decades of specialized craftsmanship to the team. With a profound passion for his craft, Pete embodies the wisdom of his favorite saying, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” His career is a testament to this philosophy, demonstrated through his exceptional skill set and dedication to quality.

Pete’s journey began in carpentry and quickly expanded to include expertise as a tile setter, where he has spent 20 years perfecting the art of laying tiles for custom showers, backsplashes, and flooring. His meticulous attention to detail is evident in every piece of work, ensuring that both aesthetic appeal and functionality meet the highest standards.

In addition to his tiling expertise, Pete has a comprehensive background in finish work. This includes 10 years of painting both exteriors and interiors, adding vibrant life and protection to every surface. His experience also covers 3 years specializing in siding, where durability meets design, and 7 years focused on the precise installation of cabinets, base, trim, and windows, ensuring every element of a room is harmonious and well constructed.

Pete’s decade of experience in drywall mudding, taping, and texturing further complements his ability to transform spaces into beautifully finished environments. His holistic approach to construction and renovation, combined with his profound expertise, makes him a pivotal member of the 47 Reasons Construction team.

"47 Reason ordered the composite roofing and it took over 3 months to have it shipped to Wenatchee. When the materials got here they put up safety cones and safety tarp around the job site. They put tarps on the ground to catch the shakes, nails and the tar paper as they stripped the roof. 47 Reason got right to workplacing the ice guard on the roof and started installing the composite roofing right away. They worked on the shakes till they had the roof completed. They picked up the job site and left the site the way the found the site when they got here to start the job. Thanks 47 Reasons."
